Radio B & Hiphop Henry have joined forces to curate a special live experience. In the spirit of the Jay-Z 30 campaign this year we’re recognizing the deep cuts and B-Side records that have stuck with the culture these last 30 years. Jay has a deep history in Virginia from Richmond to the 757 and we’ll be celebrating that history as well. This is for the true Hov fans that appreciate the lyricism, the catalog, the production, the introspection, the style and the culture. You’re going to hear joints you love, and maybe even some joints you never heard before. There will also be a live beat set from Ant The Symbol, Fan Ran, and Oskarr inspired by Jay-Z samples and acapellas. This and much more. Live at Black Iris October 24th 8pm.
